Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Vosai mobile application ("App") operated by Vosai ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Vosai. This requirement is mandated by Google's Gemini API Terms of Service, which powers the AI features in our App. By using Vosai, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Description of Service

Vosai is a language learning application that allows you to:

• Create vocabulary lessons by photographing text
• Practice vocabulary through flashcards, speaking, and listening exercises
• Track your learning progress
• Receive AI-powered feedback on pronunciation

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated systems to access the App

6. Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as photos for lessons). By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.

AI-Generated Content

The App uses Google's Gemini AI to generate vocabulary, translations, pronunciations, exercises, and feedback. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate translations
• Pronunciation guides are approximations and may not reflect all regional accents
• Expanded vocabulary suggestions are AI-generated and should be verified
• The App is a learning tool and should not be relied upon as the sole source of language instruction
• We are not responsible for any errors in AI-generated content

For accurate language learning, we recommend supplementing the App with other resources such as teachers, textbooks, or native speakers.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by Vosai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate
• The App will meet your specific learning goals

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vosai operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
